The review checklist

How we review

A live video call with the artist.
Process files for 2–3 specific portfolio pieces selected in the application.
The owner records the call, review date, pieces reviewed, and approval decision.
A Process-Reviewed Artist badge shows the review date and expires after 12 months.
We check that the process files plausibly match the finished pieces you selected.
This review does not cover legal identity, work not submitted for review, or future work.

Paying $20 buys the review, not approval. The review applies only to the specific pieces discussed and shown.

This review is valid for 12 months from its review date and can be renewed. The badge names only the specific pieces reviewed.

Reviewed via video call and process files for specific portfolio pieces. This is not legal identity verification or a guarantee that all work is human-made.

Submitted process files and private links are used only for the review. Use this form to ask Folkstamp to remove its stored uploads and saved links; originals held by a third-party video or cloud-folder provider remain with that provider. Requesting removal before a review decision means the application no longer has evidence for review.
